Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India (PAN India delivery available).
• If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on location:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available on select offers or minimum order value.
• COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
• You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner's website.

6. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us (RTO).

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:

• Do not accept the package if visibly damaged
• Record an unboxing video
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Desidhara is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public holidays

We will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
