Since our products are consumable in nature, returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, leaked, or incorrect. To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and product images. Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or process the refund accordingly.

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

No replacements will be processed without photo proof.

Refund policy

Refunds are processed only when:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Product is lost in transit

Refund timeline:

Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
