Description
Paneer Ghee Roast is a flavorful and slightly spicy dish where paneer cubes are cooked in aromatic spices and Desidhara A2 Bilona Ghee, giving it a rich texture and irresistible aroma.
Ingredients
- 200 g paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp Desidhara A2 Bilona Ghee
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ghee roast masala
- Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Heat the Ghee
Place a pan on medium flame and add Desidhara A2 Ghee. Allow the ghee to melt and heat gently until its rich aroma starts developing.
2. Sauté Aromatics
Add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste to the hot ghee. Stir for about a minute until the raw smell disappears and the mixture becomes fragrant.
3. Add the Spice Mix
Add ghee roast masala and mix well. Cook the masala briefly so the spices release their oils and deepen the flavor.
4. Add Yogurt for Texture
Mix in yogurt and stir continuously to prevent curdling. This step helps create a smooth and slightly creamy sauce.
5. Add Paneer Cubes
Add paneer cubes and gently toss them so they are coated evenly with the masala and ghee mixture.
6. Roast the Paneer
Cook for 3–4 minutes until the paneer absorbs the flavors and develops a slightly roasted outer layer.
Serving Suggestion
Serve hot as a starter or with naan and roti.
